ParaNexus Challenge - No one can hide and no one is immune from the paranormal world, in fact most people will turn-tail and run when they come face to face with the unknown. Are you brave enough to accept the ParaNexus Challenge which will be Web Cast for all attendees to watch on our private Internet TV channel on Friday night? This challenge will team up selected ParaNexus attendees who think they are brave enough and be part of a LIVE investigation in one of Tampa’s Most Haunted locations. A location that will be kept TOP SECRET until the teams arrive on location!
Spirits & Shadows Costume Ball - On a dark and eerie night in Tampa Bay the paranormal will happen as our conference attendees dress in costume for a great evening of entertainment at the ParaNexus Conference. After all, what’s a convention of paranormal enthusiasts without a Halloween party—especially a week before All Hallows Night?
Also a Note to Let You Know...that the air of the Paranormal Investigation and Research community is also buzzing with the great news that a group of hard working individuals is now in the process of unifying like-minded professionals like yourself into an association that is beginning to set high international standards in the field of the paranormal sciences.
As a valued member of ParaNexus, you will have the ability to access, contribute, comment, and utilize an ever-expanding library of shared paranormal investigative resources and research related data, including photo libraries, EVP audio and video archives, methodologies & procedures, documentation forms, training videos, and other sources from around the globe whenever you connect to the World-Wide-Web...all contributed by other groups and individuals much like yourself.
Being a ParaNexus member also has its advantages, because you will gain access to valuable resource information such as the latest news on anything paranormal by receiving your quarterly copy of the ParaNexus Journal of Paranormal Research (PDF emailed directly to you). Including access to new and emerging paranormal investigation techniques, research ideas, analysis and documentation forms, software, vendors & suppliers, equipment, team apparel and much, much, more. You will also gain and benefit from the knowledge and experience of other professionals, and they from you, regarding new technology, fresh approaches, concepts, and theories in the emerging world of the paranormal sciences.
We look forward to meeting and chatting with you if you have any questions. Please feel free to contact us at ParaNexus.

Time: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Type: Ghost Hunt Walk
Level: True hauntings happening now
Recommended Age: 8- Adult
Cost: $15.00 per person
Join us as we go on a ghost-hunt-walk, and history tour down the shadowy streets of old historic Bardstown, KY, and hear about its ghostly activity from Certified Ghost Hunter, Patti Starr.
The ghost hunt, walk, and history tour starts at the Old Stable Restaurant where you will receive instructions of what to do on the ghost hunt as we approach the haunted locations. Bring your cameras, audio recorders and camcorder if you wish to take part in collecting evidence of the very active spirits who love being photographed on the tour. During the guided walking ghost-hunt-walking tour you'll hear real stories involving true experiences of people witnessing ghostly activity that is currently happening in the locations on the trek.
On one of our stops, the Chapeze House, you may be lucky enough to witness the mysterious lights seen in the upstairs window while listening to the history and stories of this haunted landmark. After the stories we will remain for a while to allow time to take several pictures of the front and the back of this haunted house to see if we can get the faces in the windows that are so prevalent in many photos.
The Pioneer cemetery is next on our route and will include a case study stop so that we can try to get the spirits to speak to us through our recording devices. So bring your recorders if you wish to be a part of this experiment. Those not using their recorders will be encouraged to take photos and videos during our stopover in the cemetery.
From the cemetery we will go to the Jailer's Inn and stand out front while listening to the lasted sightings. The Travel Channel named the Jailer's Inn as one of the 10 most haunted places in America.
The Ghost Trek ends as we gather in one of the most haunted rooms of the Talbott Tavern where we will continue taking photos or videos while standing in the mist of the ghostly activity. (Entering the Tavern may or may not be possible depending on the current events at the time of the tour.)
Bardstown Ghost Trek, guided ghost-hunt-walk and history tour, lasts about two hours. You can buy your tickets at the door of the Old Stable Restaurant before the tour starts, every Saturday night, 8:00 - 10:00 pm. Tickets are $15.00 per person. Recommended Age 8 - Adults
