To everyone from all over the world that have sent us e-mails regarding this footage I thank you for the heads up on this.
I personally have not seen the footage and of the hundreds of e-mails I have received, some are saying they're mere moths, some say there were Bats and Rods clearly seen in the footage, as well as birds, so, until I see the footage I really can't comment.
I have seen pix of frame grabs sent to me, that are listed on Jeff Rense, Coast to Coast and probably other websites by now and I must say, they are Rods as far as I'm concerned, BUT I do need to look at the footage in real time and see the flight characteristics.
There is one pix I saw that has an object running across the screen which is VERY long, and from exeprience, this to me seems to be 'possibly' an insect, BUT then there are clear images of the RODS we have come to know, and again, I really need to see the footage. I was editng on my computer most for the day and didn't have access to cable or satellite tv so it wasn't until Randy from the UFO store and Cosmo from Cosmic Connection.com, told me about this that I found out.
Then I went to the web site e-mails and found hundreds of e-mails coming in. So this is very exciting and I can't wait to see the footage. Mysterious rods infiltrate Alexandra couple's wedding

Unexplained images of flying rods have been captured on video during a wedding near Alexandra.
The phenomena was first recorded in Mexico nine years ago and had become bread and butter for UFOlogists worldwide.
A documentary highlighting the flying rods screened on New Zealand television earlier this year.
Independent producer Mick de Montignie, of Alexandra, caught some of the ghost-like streaks on film during the outdoor wedding of Rob and Rochelle Cleary at Orchard Gardens, near Alexandra.
Iris Robinson, of Invercargill, was the marriage celebrant.
Mr de Montignie, a former cameraman for Australia's Popstars television programme, said he didn't notice anything unusual during the wedding ceremony, but white streaks showed up during editing, flashing across the screen.
Applying freeze frame, the streaks were revealed to be rods several centimetres long, similar to a worm drive or auger, passing in front of and between members of the wedding party.
He had seen the documentary and "got quite excited for an hour or so and just kept the tape running."
The logical explanation for the intrusion would be fast-flying insects, Mr de Montignie said.
"If a bug is going quick enough, it's going to make that shape. I didn't see them at the time, but I'm sure if I'd been concentrating on them I think I would have seen them."
He is keen for anyone to prove the rods were real, "because my better judgment tells me they're bugs."
Rochelle Cleary said she was surprised when first presented with film of five flying rods, because she hadn't noticed any insects during the wedding.
"I was quite amazed. I'd seen the programme on TV and wondered what they were."
She is taking a philosophical approach about the number of rods, which matched the number of absent guests.
"It worked out to be the exact amount, so it was like they were meant to be for us that day," Mrs Cleary said.
Rods Bashing Abated
Today, there are a few prominent UFO Researchers who "bash," the Rods Phenomenon, but, do so under the misguided guise of "comingling Jose Escamilla with The Midway Rods (TM) Phenomenon, even though they have been aware of his resignation, since November of 1994.
Most recently, E to the Third Power's (TM) ex-business partner's, Jose Escamilla's, Rods movement has begun to take quite a bruising, with speculation that his rods footage is nothing more than insects.
"What many people fail to realize is that the primary reason that The Midway Sightings (TM) is privately owned, operated, controlled and regulated is to ensure that the scientific integrity of the footage is maintained, and there are strict policies, in force, to ensure that occurs," states Becky Escamilla, Administrator of E to the Third Power (TM).
Unless the analysis conducted, in regards to "any" of the Midway footage, is done so in accordance with E to the Third Power's (TM) Operating Instruction 14-001, "UFO Stock Footage Analysis for Public Broadcast," the likelihood of any analysis conducted otherwise, is invalid and not worthy of scientific value. The criteria within that Operating Instruction has to be met in order to ensure that the general public is not misguided or deceived in any way, shape or form, when it comes to The Midway Sightings (TM), included but not limited to The Midway Rods (TM) UFO Phenomenon.
The members of E to the Third Power (TM) cannot speak for other UFO footage/analysis, of other UFO footage, that lies without their scope of expertise, but, they can speak loudly in regards to any and all footage in regards to The Midway Sightings (TM) which includes The Midway Rods (TM) UFO Phenomenon, and that is to say that unless it is analyzed under the conditions set forth in their policy, then, it is rendered useless and of no significant scientific value.
This week, E to the Third Power (TM) releases, Archival information via, http://www.themidwayrods.com/Archival_Dept-HOME.html, in regards to the Rods and their Operating Instruction 14-001, for conducting analysis of The Midway Sightings (TM) UFO Footage, included but not limited to The Midway Rods (TM).

Invisible poisonous skyfish fly at 300 km/h all around us

Recently many reports appeared talking about the weird creatures, the so-called skyfish. It remains unclear whether the animals are fish, birds or worms.
The mysterious beings have long worm-like bodies with wide projections on their sides (like those of fish). The trouble is, they don't live in water they live in the air.
No one has come up with a decent name for the animals as of yet. Some suggestions include "flying sticks," "solar entities," and "skyfish."
The first time skyfish was photographed ten years ago by a film director Jose Escamilla. He originally thought that it was a UFO but then he realized that it was some living thing moving at a very high speed.
He began studying them and realized that the animals invade the space everywhere. Besides he discovered that the creatures began reproducing at a much faster rate as a result of the global warming.
Without a specimen in hand to examine, it's impossible to determine whether or not skyfish are living organisms, but it's Escamilla's best guess that they are.
Skyfish have only been captured on film and videotape. No one knows what they are, where they come from, but there are already specialized people the catchers of skyfish, who mainly live in Japan.
They say that their hobby is not very safe: the animals are terribly poisonous during the fall season. In Japan the skyfish are extremely fast and fly at 300 km/h.
Analysis of film and video of skyfish from around the world indicate that they might range in size from just a few inches to perhaps over a hundred feet in length! How could something that large be unknown? That's the essence of the mystery.

I started to look up some info on these since I saw a special on rods on history channel... I just had to say and give my input that I have not only seen a rod... but I have seen a type of one in a landed sitting still stance... it was just sitting in front of me one day as I walked down the street... and when I took a step towards it, it took off like a dart... I know that this all seems odd or unlikely or what ever. but I do know what I saw and what I saw was a form of a rod... and would like to give in my little bit of info that I can to maybe help in figuring out or just getting a image of these items/creatures...

I was 13 years old and I had just left my house on a mid spring day in a south suburb of Chicago, IL. As I got to the end of end of my block I looked over to one house that I know the people who live in it. When I noticed a blur out of the corner of my eye and saw this thing landed in front of the steps. It landed so quickly that if I didn't see that blur, I would have thought it just magically appeared. I looked straight at and it stood at a 45 degree angle from me. it just stayed there as I looked at it. I noticed its "wings" and how they stayed rigid standing there. I then took a step towards it and then its "wings" started to move. they moved like a wave action. slowly at first. once I took another step it took off like a dart. again it was so fast that it almost looked like it just vanished into nothingness, but again there was a little blur before it vanished into the day. it wasn't till about 4 weeks later that I saw the first show I have seen about rods, and realized that I saw one like the one shown on TV, it looked similar but also very different. different color, different design. so I never really mentioned this before to often cause not only is not believed to exist by many people, but it was also a different design/color then the ones believed to exist. I drew a quick picture of what I saw that day. it was actually a little darker brown, but the darker color didn't show up to well in the drawing.
